1. What QuizBeast is

QuizBeastgenerates pub-quiz content (questions, answers and music-round song lists) for quiz hosts. It is operated from the United Kingdom (the "operator", "we"). Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record.

2. Your account

You need an account to use the generator. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; don't share credits between venues by sharing logins.

3. Credits

• 1 credit generates 1 complete quiz, including its checks, rerolls and edits.
• Free credits (signup and monthly) have no cash value and may change with notice.
• Purchased credits do not expire and are non-transferable.

4. Content and accuracy

Quiz content is generated and machine-checked. We work hard on accuracy but do not guarantee every question and answer is correct, review your quiz before you run it (the per-question edit and reroll tools exist for exactly that). You may use generated quizzes freely for your own quiz events, commercial or otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute or bulk-export the question bank itself.

5. Acceptable use

No scraping, bulk extraction, reverse engineering, or use of the service to build a competing question bank. We may suspend accounts that abuse fair use (automation, credit farming or systematic extraction).

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
