Refund Policy

Credit packs

If you bought a credit pack and haven't spent any of its credits, we'll refund it in full within 14 days of purchase, just email support@quizbeast.net with your order reference.

Once credits from a pack have been spent, that pack is no longer refundable (each credit delivers its full value, a complete generated quiz, at the moment it's used). If something went wrong with a generation (an error ate your credit, a quiz failed to produce), tell us and we'll put the credit back, that's a fix, not a refund, and there's no time limit on it.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so approved refunds are issued through them back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 working days.

Statutory rights

These terms don't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
